1.1 Applications
DBCG-3351/1151 series transmitter adopts imported elements and has same capacity as foreign products with a complete range of specifications from micro differential pressure to large differential pressure; from low pressure to high pressure and absolute pressure, high static pressure. The products are made of materials like Hastelloy C alloy, Monel alloy and tantalum, etc. They apply to various corrosive media and have explosion-proof features. Stable and reliable, easy to install and use, they have been widely applied in industries like metallurgy chemical, electric power, medicine and textile to detect differential pressure, pressure, flow and liquid level of fluid.
1.1 Main features
Complete in varieties and specifications, high precision, good stability
Two-wire system (four-wire system in special situations)
Sensitive elements, plug-in circuit boards, components can be interchanged with imported 1151 products of the same kind.
The range and zero position can be adjusted continuously externally
Positive transfer up to 500%, negative transfer up to 600%;
Adjustable damping;
3-digit LCD liquid crystal display and pointer indicator show the measurement results
1.3 Function parameters
Object: liquid, gas and steam
Measuring range: see selection table
Output signal: 4 ~ 20mADC ( four-wire system220V, AC power supply, 0 ~ 10mADC output)
Power supply: 12 ~ 45VDC, usually 24VDC
Load characteristics: related to the power supply, with load capacity at a certain power supply voltage, the relation between load impedance RL and power source voltage VS is RL<50 (VS-12)
Display instrument: pointer type linear indication 0 ~ 100% scale and square root indication 0-10 scale, and the 3-digit liquid crystal display (0 ~ 100% linear), 3 LED (0-100% linear or range mode)
Range and zero: externally, continuously adjustable
Positive and negative transfer: after the zero has gone through positive transfer or negative transfer, the absolute value of the upper limit and lower limit of the range and measuring range can not exceed 100% of the upper limit of the measuring range; maximum positive transfer amount should be 500% of the minimumadjusting range; maximum negative transfer amount for 600% of the minimum adjusting range; maximum positive and negative transfer amount of the flow transmitter should be 10% of calibration range.
Temperature range: general transmitter-25C ~ +70C.
Static pressure and overload pressure: the differential pressure transmitter can bear maximum static working pressure, and the transmitter will not be damaged.
Volume variation: <0.16cm3
Damping time: generally adjustable between 0.2S to 1.67S
Start-up time: 2S no need preheating
1.2 technical data
(Should not be moved, under standard operating conditions, silicone oil filled, 316 stainless steel isolation diaphragm)
Precision: 0.25, 0.5
Stability: the absolute value of intrinsic error of maximum range will not be exceeded within 6 months
Temperature influence: every 10C variation at the maximum range
Vibration influence: at 200HZ up-vibration frequency of any axial, the error is 0.05%/g of the upper limit of measuring range.
Power influence: less than 0.005%/V of the output range
Load influence: if the power is stable, load will not affect anything
Installation location influence: can maximally produce zero error of 0.24KPa, but it can be corrected and will not affect the range.
