1)If there is shortage, please inform sales representive within 15 days after customers receive merchandises.2)If there is defective ones without QC labels, like housing, keypad, battery, etc, Please inform sales representive within 30 days after customers receive merchandises.3)If there is defective ones which marked QC label, like LCD, Flex cable, etc. Pls advise sales within 60 days after customers receive merchandises.4)If the products are held by our local custom, we will take on all cost.
