K-705 silicone sealant silicone rubber electron transparent silicone glue    Product Features:The RTV silicone rubber is a neutral and transparent component RTV silicone rubber, room temperature curing absorb moisture in the air. Non-toxic, non-polluting, non-corrosive, anti-aging, moisture, electrical insulation and arc excellent performance characteristics, and has good adhesive properties. At -60 C ~ 200 C  temperature range of long-term use, stable performance, mainly for electronic components perfusion sealed against moisture, sealing, vibration, so as to achieve performance stability.  Purpose:Since the cured RTV silicone elastomer was transparent, for applications that require transparent optical adhesive seal material, because a certain adhesion, can be used in small electronic components and TV industry potting and output transformer sealed against moisture, sealing, vibration so as to achieve performance stability. SCR table can be used as protection, optical instruments require transparent adhesive seal, electronics, communications equipment moisture sealing protective coatings, transistors and silicon diode within the paints and protective coatings, etc.      How to use: Components for general cleaning treatment, cut the nozzle sleeve beak, extrusion gel, adhesive bonding. At room temperature 25 , humidity of 50% under 24 hours cure depth of 2-3 mm. If gluing area, thickness of the adhesive curing time longer, the longer the storage time at room temperature the better adhesion. If temperature components in completely cured layer is placed between 50  ~ 150  bake any temperature within 4 to 12 hours, up to a better strength and adhesion results.
