Our Natural Steam Sterilization With our Authentic Natural Steam Sterilization process, our customers can benefit in terms of more superior and safer products with no potential health risk due to the absence of pathogen, microbial and chemical agents.
Our Authentic Natural Steam Sterilization process uses dry superheat and cold treatment, a proven technique, which effectively reduces microbiological counts, for example: TPC, yeast, moulds, coliform; and eliminates Pathogen Bacteria such as E.Coli and Salmonella.
Grinding We take precautions in selecting our Grinding machines in order to retain most of the delicacy of flavour and aroma volatility, producing a more superior ground Spices and Herbs.
We are able to produce various granulation specifications. Our Spices and Herbs are packed in bulk packaging, usually 15-25kgs in 3-ply Kraft paper bag with inner PE bag or Hypac bag.
Our products are available either as steam sterilized or non steam sterilized in the following forms: Whole, Coarse, Cracked, Ground, Sliced Dried Precut and Ground.
