The Board of Management and Staff PT. Sigma Utama wish to express our sincere thanks for the trustiness of your company to utilize our products, Sigma Utama Paint.
It has ben acknowledged that PT. Sigma Utama was established in 1932 under the name of Lindetives Pieter Schoen & Zoon (NV LP & Z) and has been nationalized in 1957 as Indestins Corporation, a paint manufacturer, and in 1960 this corporation changed into PN Pengolahan Cat dan Pernis Utama, with trade mark of Cat Kepala Kerbau (Cow Head Paint) .
In 1980 to 1995 PT. Sigma Utama made a license cooperation with Sigma Coating BV, Holland for Protective and Marine Products. With the basic of existing experiences as a paint manufacturer since 1932 and followed by transformation of Paint Technology from Sigma Coating BV for almost 15 years, PT. Sigma Utama tried to be independent and definite fully as a local company under holding of PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja (Persero) and registered in Ministry of Justice of Republic Indonesia, Directorate General of Patent Right and Trade Mark with the registration No. 343045 on August 31, 1995 and consider as the only one Paint Manufacturer belong the government of Indonesia.
The Patent Right of PT. Sigma Utama products which have been registered in Ministry of Justice and Human Right R. I, Directorate General Intellectuals property right are as follows:
