CV. Empat Sekawan Abadi is established in Surabaya city in 2008. and in 2010, The board of directors changed and the organizational structure was also changed to become more professional. it takes an effect to our company. we grow faster and become bigger until now.
To develop better quality and quantity, we have 2 lines of sources of our product.
First line:
A. Coconut Shell Charcoal
We produce our product by our self in Sulawesi Island. This factory name is CV. Kelapa Indotama, a sisterhood of CV. Empat Sekawan Abadi. The factory produce coconut shell charcoal and buy from the many farmers in Sulawesi. We buy and bring it to our location (warehouse), we do reprocessing and quality controlling to make better charcoal. in this place, we re drying the charcoal, cleaning from the ash, and packing the charcoal with good package. So, we can guarantee the quality of the charcoal itself.
according to our mission, we want to reduce the poverty in our area, so we have more than 45 workers in our company and work as a solid team.
B. Coconut Fiber
For coconut fiber division, we cooperate with an investor to work in this field. this year, our target is 10 x 40 feet high cube / month. we concern in the quality as well. and try to serve our customer with our best quality.
Second line:
A. Coconut Shell Charcoal
We also buy charcoal from local farmers in Indonesia. we bring the charcoal to Surabaya, and do the reprocessing in our warehouse. Re drying and do quality controlling like we do in our factory in Sulawesi Island. So, the quality between our warehouse and our factory will be same, good quality of course.
B. Coconut Fiber
We only buy from suppliers who produce the coconut fiber with good quality. According to the quality, we send our QC people to their factory to check the goods before we buy their goods.
C. Sargassum Seaweed
Sargassum seaweed is a good commodity in China, for organic fertilizer, cattle food, etc. We buy sargassum from many farmers in some area, especially in Bima, Lampung, and Madura Island. We do the reprocessing in our warehouse. Re-drying as well as the specification and press it using our press machine.
All of our products are export oriented, especially to China, Japan and Korea. Today, CV. Empat Sekawan Abadi has many business relationships with some companies from China, Japan and Korea.
