We are always improving in all aspects (quality, price, delivery) and expanding our scale to meet more professional customers' demands. We have extruded raw wires by ourselves since 2010, and a new dust-free finished cable assembling workshop was put into mass production in July 2012. Now there are totally 35 sets of injection machines with two shifts. Most importantly, besides 800 experienced employees, HYX has decisively imported 3 sets of automatic soldering machines with the processing capability of 800pcs/H. Practice has proved that our output and labor cost most have moved a big step forward.
Last, our reliable laboratory efficiently supplies all kinds of testing for our new products. There are RoHS machines, insert and pull force testers, salt spraying testers, swaying testers, tensile testers, insulation testers, high-voltage testers, conduct resistance testers, aging ovens, etc.
