Emerjet sdn bhd was incorporate as a privated limited company in Malaysia under the Company Act 1965 on 8th April 1993 with an authorised capital and its issued and paid up capital of RM1,000,000.00 divided into 1,000,000 ordinary shares of RM1 each.
Emerjet's involvement in the furniture industry started on 1993 as a small family concern under the stewardship of MR David Ng Ah Tua. With the strong demand for its products, the manufacturing operation expanded with investment in high technology machinery and with the use of rubberwood as the raw material. The market base expended to include diirect overseas markets such as UK and USA and USA. In 15th January 1994, Emerjetwas granted a 5 years pioneer status by the MITI and MIDA under the Promotion of Investment Act,1986. |
