History

Scuba Garments was established in 2004. Mr. Xu, one of the founders studied abroad in Italy. He and his friends have the interest in apparel, especially in Swim Trunks and Boardshorts. After graduation, he went back and established the company dealing with fabric sourcing, printing, sewing, embroidering, packaging, and delivering while his Italian partners focus on designing and marketing.
