With advanced machines including CNC, five-axis center, robot trimming machines, high accuracy "HIRSCH" foam machine, robot spraying machine, Spoton company has automatic injection line and perfect imported test equipment. We could control the quality and efficiency very well. This is how we keep safe and comfortable helmets for our valued customer and help them to win in the market!

  3 PCS Normal Three-axis CNC Machines

  CNC capacity: 1 set EPS tool can be finished in 48H,1 PCS vac tool can be finished in 24H

  1 PCS American Imported Five-axis CNC Center

  CNC capacity: 1 set EPS tool can be finished in 48H,1 PCS vac tool can be finished in 24H

  Semi-automatic Silkscreen Printing Machines

  Current: Seven sets semi-automatic silkscreen printing machines

   

  Planing: 

  1. We plan to purchase 1 automatic machine for mesh printing;

  2. We plan to purchase 1 automatic silk-screen machine from Germany.

  Vacuum Forming Machines

  Current: Eight vacuum forming Machines. The monthly output is over 30W PCS helmets.

   

  Plan: 

  1. purchasing robot equipment to carry PC sheets and formed shells from machine;

  2. add more machines based on the customer's helmet order.

  ABB Automatic Robot Trim Machines

  Current :Six ABB automatic robot trim machines.

   

  The monthly output is 25W helmets. We also have experienced workers for CNC programming.

  Austrian HIRSCH Machine

  Ordering 1 Austrian HIRSCH machine for EPS beads pre-expanding. This new machine will be available in Sep 2019.

   

  The advantage of this new machine: stir beads effectively, make the beads size stable and even. The tolerance of eps density is within 2 g/l.

• 
  EPS Molding Machines

  Current: Ten EPS molding Machines (6 cavities 1 up).

   

  Plan: 

  1. The factory has reserve zone for adding more EPS molding machines that from Kurez-wertheim. The capacity will be over 25w PCS helmets per month. 

  2. In addition, we will use specific machines for each customer to meet customer's requirements.

  Automatic Painting Line

  Current: 1 automatic painting line

   

  Automatic Painting Line was already used in production since June-2019.

  The capacity can meet 30w pcs helmets per month.

  Assembly Lines

  Current: Six assembly lines

   

  Plan: refitting assembly lines to make sure the capacity is over 30w PCS helmets per month.

  Testing Machines

  We have 1 full set testing machines that can perform many standards testing in-house, such as CE/CPSC/ASTM/FAUS/ AF/GB/FIS.

   

  These machines save a lot of development time and shorten project lead time significantly.
