Precision automotive and mechanical tubes are supplied under conditions according to DIN2391/EN10305/ASTM A519 in various grades mentioned overleaf. Precision automotive tubes can be supplied in lower tolerance than mentioned above.
Huadian is providing tubes that are free from scale, rust, seams, laps. Tubes can be pickled, passivated, phosphated, zinc-plated, oiled or varnished for rust prevention and long storage. They are stenciled at the ends and end capped.
Features
inner and outer walls of tube have high accuracy, excellent brightness, no oxidization after heat treatment, and high cleanness inside tube. The steel tube is able to stand high pressure. No deformation after cold bending, no crack after flaring and flattening. The complicated geometrical forming and machining can be realized. Color of tube: bright white.used in automotive industry, and in the occasion where the high accuracy, brightness, cleanness of the tube are required.
