ITEM: Fused Alumina Abrasive Powder
Kinds of Abrasive:
Brown fused alumina: Tan, high crush resistance, anti-oxidation, corrosion resistance, strong toughness.
White fused alumina: White corundum crystal and micro blade structure, higher micro hardness than brown fused alumina, but big brittleness, low toughness. strong cutting ability.
Pink fused alumina: Rose red, high hardness close to WA, but better toughness. higher processing efficiency, and high machining precision and surface roughness.
Black silicon carbide: Black, high hardness, brittleness, and low toughness.
Green silicon carbide: Green, high purity, high hardness and brittleness.
Brown fused alumina: Be suitable for grinding the material with high tensile strength, such as ordinary carbon steel, etc.
White fused alumina: Be mainly used for fine grinding of hardened steel, alloy steel, and grinding thread and gear.
Pink fused alumina: Be suitable for precision cutting, measuring tools, instrument parts.
Black silicon carbide: Be suitable for low tensile strength such as cast iron brass metal materials and nonmetal alloy.
Green silicon carbide: Suitable for machining hard and brittle material such as carbide, glass, etc.
The company specializes in manufacturing abrasive, the types are F-series(F12--F220) , P-series(P12--P220) , JIS-series(JIS320—JIS10000) . We manufacture top-grade abrasive (sic content--98.5% ~ 99%, Al2O3 content 95% ~ 99% ) , magnetic sand , etc. .
