Primary crusher

It crushes aluminum composite panel to 5mm or less, preparing for the 

secondary  crush.

Aluminum and plastic grinding machine

Further crush and grind the granules into 30 mesh powder.(Host machine adopts double splint design,equipped with a water cooling system

 to reduce the temperature generated in the production)

High voltage electrostatic separator

Completely separate  the metal and plastic.Its core technology is, first through the

 transformer 220 volts into a 150,000-volt high-voltage and produce high-voltage static electromagnetic field.It uses high electromagnetic fields to complete 

the separation of aluminum and plastic.
