Our company, Fuciphagus Agritech Sdn Bhd (FASB) collaboration with scientists from USM had developed an efficient cleaning and processing method which utilize life science biotechnology element in its process. Such cleaning process able to reduce nitrite / nitrate residues to almost non deductible level while keeping others contaminants such as microbial load to a minimum. The utilizing of life science biotechnology in the bird’s nest processing process had enable FASB awarded as BioNexus status company by Malaysian Biotechnology Corporation, and FASB is the first bird’s nest company in the world utilizing biotechnology in the process to produce safe & high quality EBN products.
