Introduction

Our production complete line adapts to palm fruit , palm kernel, rapeseed, coconut, corn germ and many other oil seeds. We can provide all the plants include oil pre-treatment, refining and packing line.

Technology Process

Raw material degerming––screening–magnetic separation-softening–rolling embryos–frying–pressing–filtering–refining–edible oil

Characteristic 

(1).Clearing equipment .

 Magnetic selector is to rid off the iron.  

(2).Flake equipment

To make the sunflower seed into pieces between the thickness 0.3 – 0.35 mm, so it’s  well-proportioned by heating,also for the soaking process .

(3).Steaming and drying process.

The process is to add the hot water into the seeds crushed/flaked to moist ,to add steam for steaming the seeds, to dry the seeds for ridding off more water content .

In the process, with the water and temperature to make the protein of seeds change the character , make the oil molecule loose for easily pressing to get rude oil ,also get the better cake and oil .

Water content :5 – 10 %; temperature : 105 – 110 °C ; Requiring Time : 40 mins .

(4). Pre-pressing process

The process is to press the seeds and get the rude oil .

Requiring water content : 3.5- 4.2 % ;

Temperature 105 – 110 °C ;

Residue oil of cake :6% or so .

(5).Filtering oil

Firstly to filter the rude oil with oil-dreg sieves, then use oil filter for clear the small dregs .

The oil cleared is pump into oil tank or oil refiner.
