What are they made of?

Coco Sugar and Coco Nectar are both made from the sap or sweet toddy (tuba) gathered from the coconut flower or inflorescence. Coco Sugar and Coco Nectar are all-natural, free from additives and preservatives.

How are they produced?

Coco Sugar is made by boiling fresh coconut sap under moderate heat to evaporate the water part and later allowed to cool and solidify.

Coco Nectar is made by boiling fresh coconut sap under low heat just until it becomes sticky. With lesser heat exposure, more of the nutrients and amino acids of the fresh coconut sap is retained.
