Procedure of arrangement order :

1.  Buyer submitting letter of intenton with buyer specification to us.

2.  We will answer the Buyer letter with the price included or FCO and COA.

3.  Before contract, Buyer should provide flight ticket from Jakarta-Site Return.

     We will guide at on site for checking stock pile, jetty for loading, or mining location at East

     or South Kalimantan.

4.  Buyer is welcome for free to take any samples of Coal and analyze that by their own cost.

5.  If We cannot show any coal at stock-pile, loading jetty and the mining location, we return it

     backthe money. We can guaranty it.

6.  After visit mining is OK, all documents buyer needs we can provide then 

    we can sign the contract supply.

7.Term of payment is 100% L/C at sight, irrevocable.

(this system is good for both parties because that will be safe and all payments are being controlled by bank. Safe for buyer because they are confident in production process, then for seller, they are sure for payment and production)

9. We work as procedure and speaking based from what we have stock available.

10. Final Inspection is at Loading Port, no CIQ at discharged point.
