What is Ginger Powder?
Ginger is commonly used as a cooking spice throughout the world. It is the rhizome
of the perennial plant Zingiber officinale in the family Zingiberaceae.
The ginger plant has a long history of cultivation, known to have originated in China
and then spread to India, Southeast Asia,West Africa, and the Caribbean.

It is used for treating stomach ailments. It improves blood circulation, stimulating the secretion
of digestive fluids in the stomach and intestine ducts. Basically, gingerol dilutes the blood
