Packing introduction:
prepainted galvanized ppgi coil or gi package are all same as Standard seaworthy export packing:3 layers of packing,inside is craft water,plastic water film is in the middle and outside GI steel sheet to be covered by steel strips with lock,with inner coil sleeve.
Production Line :
It starts with galanzied steel coil,first uncoil it and clean the gi coil,then coated the galvanized steel coil,hot the ppgi to fix,then can be ppgi coils.each coils 3-5tons.
Product show:
PPGI can be coated to different colors according to customer's requirement .Base steel galvanized steel coil can be zin coated 60-275g. Different width available for ppgi coil .Now some pictures
