  Aim To keep keys during machine maintenance or repair work.

  After machine or process is locked out, the key or keys are placed in a lock box. Then, each authorized work team member places a personal lock or tag device in the lock box.

Ensures that no one has access to the box unless all group members have removed their lock or tags.
