Oil Yield of Raw Material
1.General plastic :
lPolyvinyl chloride: PVC(thin film , electric cable, floor board, tube plate, pipe, shoe sole, toy, door and window , stationery etc )not easy to refining
lPolyethylene: PE(thin film , bottle , electrical insulating materials, hand bag , water pipe, oil drum, drink bottle, articles of daily use etc )oil field is about 95%
lPolypropylene: PP(thin film , plastic rope , tableware, basin, barrel, furniture, woven bag, bottle cap, car bumpers etc )oil field is is about 90%
lPolystyrene: PS(electrical appliance, stationery, cup, food container, electric products housing, electrical accessories, foam products, toys etc) oil field is is about 90%
lABS engineering plastic: oil field is is about 40%
lPure white plastic cloth: oil field is about 70%
lInstant noodles packing bags: oil yield is about 40%

Remark:
There is rubber ,carbon black, steel wire in the tyre , pyrolysis speed is faster
The composition of plastic is more complex , pyrolysis speed is slower
3.Oil yield of waste straw
Wheat strew , corn stalk , peanut straw, soybean stalk , cotton straw , rice straw , wood dust : 30%~40%

Final Product and Application:
Final product of tires material: 45% tyre oil ; 30% carbon black ;12%~15% steel wire ; 5%~8% waste gas. Tyre oil ,also called fuel oil (it can be used both for further processing and as fuel of boiler , bath center ,restaurant, baking floor tile etc ) , can be sold directly , or be further processed into organic solvent and vehicle fuel by refining equipment .
Carbon black can be sold directly as fuel , price is about 600RMB~1700RMB/ton . also can be further processed by carbon black refining equipment . There are two models of this equipment : the final products of one model can be made into rubber or tyre filler , the final products of another model can be used as industrial carbon black or ink etc .
Plastic oil which can be called as fuel too , can be sold directly or used as fuel .
The quality of plastic carbon black is a little lower , price is about 500RMB/ton , used as fuel , similar as other waste material .
