• Collection of fresh ginger from plantation
• Washed with high pressure pump to remove all foreign materials
• Sliced to 5mm thickness
• Air dried to 10 pct moisture
• Steam sterilised
• Pulverised (powdered) to the buyers required mesh size (our standard mesh is 30)
• 5kgs packed in Nylon plastic bags (we use Nylon plastic bags to maintain the aroma for longer shelf life)
• 5 packs of 5kgs packed into one carton
