PBR Coal mining location: at Kampung Inaran, sub district Sambaliung, District Berau, East Kalimantan province, INDONESIA. The route flight from Jakarta to Balikpapan 75 minutes then continue flight to Berau by Batavia Air 40 minutes – Tanjung Redeb to mine site is only +/- 40 km by car. The distance from coal mine to jetty side Berau river is about 12 km then 300 feet barge transhipment to Muara Pantai Berau Anchorage ( N1 59 12.0 E118 09 00.0)= 110 km (similar route use by Berau Coal Mine '4th largest coal player in Indonesia').

Block 1 =2,311 Ha and Block 2 = 4469 Ha, the total concession areas is 6,780 hectares, the hauling road +/-12 km then continue with 300 ft barge to Muara Pantai Berau Anchorage. Distance Block 1 and Block 2 is 7 km. The coal quality at the concession areas has Gross Calorific Value (GCV – adb) in between 5100 kcal/kg ~ 5750 kcal/kg (adb).

At PBR concession not yet drilled. Based on Tanjung Redeb Quadrangle map PBR concession majory under the Latih Formation (Block 1) and under Lebak Formation for Block 2.

Due to economic and operational reason, this property very realistic and prospecting to operate with medium calorie
value- low cost – low investment and working capital flexible to the production capacity itself.
