Each set of equipment are composed by nine parts

Working Process
a. The raw material is put into reactor, and then seal the feed inlet system.
b. Burned the fuel material(coal,wood,natural gas or oil) in the combustion system. The reactor will slowly heat,when the temperature reach around 250 degree Celsius,it will produce oil gas. Oil gas will be processed by our technology,then gone to cooling system to cold liquid oil. The gas which can not be liquid under normal pressure,which will be send back to combustion system to instead the fuel material to burn the reactor,this also can save energy very much. After finished oil produce,the temperature of reactor will be down,at the same time,carbon black will be discharged automatically.
c. When the temperature fall to 100 degree Celsius,worker could open the door of reactor to discharge of steel wire,and then start to another batch working.

Reactor
Reactor is the main part of the pyrolysis system, solid wastes like waste tire rubber/plastic are available for the processing.
Light oil gas will be generated when the temperature inside reactor reaches 100°C, 250-280°C is the top output rate interval. Size of XD-10 reactor: ø2600mmx6600mmx16mm.
Material: Q345R steel.
Auto welding, and radiographic testing.
layers
Adopting several layers of refractory material inside.
Pouring the refractory concrete to further insurance the heat-insulating property of the reactor.
Adopting stamping steel plate outside, solid, good looking and sealing well.
Catalysis Chamber
Added the molecular sieve, which will increase the oil quality. Two catalyst chambers could reach double effect of catalytic, decrease pressure and remove the slag from the oil gas.
3 filter screens inside the catalyst chamber, each screen has the catalyst, the oil gas could be purified, to guarantee the oil quality
2 discharging ports under the catalyst chamber, the wastes could be discharged twice per month when maintain the equipment. Easy maintenance and discharge all subside
4.4 m long cooling pipe, to transit the oil gas and prolong cooling time
Oil-water seperater
Cool the oil gas, and decrease the temperature, more easily collected in next stage
More heavy oil will be produced from more oil waster separators, only less light oil come out in final oil tank.
The water could purify the asphalt in the oil gas. It is very easy for cleaning and maintenance, and prolong the machine life.

Condensor
2 sets of big condensers (D900mm×L3700mm*2) with 33 small cooling pipe each and 31 m3 cooling area each
2 sets of small condensers (D426mm×L3700mm*2) with 13 small cooling pipes each and 20 m3 cooling area each
Auto welding
With a protective cover outside the small cooling pipes, to prolong the life of the cooling system
Water box
The cooling water is recycling water, contacted with the water tank
We still design a water box, to further cooling the oil gas. And supply the Cooling tower if you need.
The final cooling system to make sure the higher oil rate.
Water can be used and recycled again and again
De-dusting system
3 sets of De-dusting system: ( 1). Desulphurization system (2). Waste film cyclone (3).Chimney
After the de-dusting system, the solid waste is blow off out of the machine with the waste water, shorten the time of the solid waste staying in the machine, reduce corrosion to prolong the machine time
The De-dusting is contacted with the the water tank, which is designed a three water tank to purify the water, then the water could be recycled use again, save water
Anti-back fire device
Anti-back fire device could recycled the tail gases more sufficiently so that the reactor could burn more gases as fuel to save energy and will not pollute the air, so that more environmental friendly.
Also there are cooling the tail gas so that more safe, as the fuel gas are usually methane, ethane, hydrogen etc if the temperature is so high then it is easy to blast.
Save energy, burning without odor and dust.
Water inside it will condense some of the gas, this kind of oil can be used for burning too
Collect and purify extra unliquefied gas , so as them can be piped into furnace for heating.
