It is mainly used in producing various diameters and wall-thickness of PVC pipes for aggriculture and constructional plumbing cable laying etc.

Our PVC pipe production line has features of low consumption, high output, stable running etc.
The standard PVC pipe production line include: material charger, SJZ series conic twin screw
extruder, mould, vacuum calibration tank, spray cooling tank(for big pipe), haul-off, cutter, stacker.
Clients also can choose double/four PVC pipe production line to make small size PVC pipes.

2.Wooden package: If you want to wooden package, you should paied the extra cost.

- If the equipment fails due to the quality of the machine during one year, we will provide replacement and the repair Free of Charge. after One Year customer must pay for Spare Parts, Saiou will provide long-term technical assistance.
- Workers must operate the machines according to the design of the machine. Saiou Machinery will not be responsible for accidents which are caused by improper operation of workers
