Polypropylene fiber types are divided into single fiber ,reticular fiber ,polyester fiber and polyacrylonitrile fibers.
Monofilament polypropylene fiber is a kind of high strength polypropylene fiber bundle shape monofilament,with a special surface treatment technology to ensure the fiber in concrete has the extremely dispersion and cement airframe grip wrapped force.Commonly used in fine stone concrete.
Mesh polypropylene fiber its appearance for fiber into each other even a single mesh structure. When polypropylene reticular fiber into concrete in concrete mixing process,the lateral connections between fiber monofiber by concrete own knead and friction role and destruction ,form fibers monofilament or reticulation fully open ,so as to realize the number of polypropylene fiber concretemixing effect of uniform.
Polyacrylonitrile fibers is also called acrylic fiber ,is a mixture with asphalt concrete or cement concrete plays enhancement effect of new reinforcement materials fiber.
Application:
Used for processing industrial and civil building level waterproof layer,ground processing,inside and outside metope
Used for processing industrial workshop ,warehouse,parking lot road surface crack-proof enhancement
Used for processing natatorium ground ,swimming pool, pool,aqueduct types,the enhancement etc.
Applicable to any of the mortar engineering or fine aggregate concrete works
