Boiling point: 86-91C (26.7Pa), the relative density: 1.094 (20 / 4C), vapor pressure in 26C is 0.0467 Pa, the water solubility in 25C is 750mg / L, soluble in most organic solvents. Very stable in acidic medium; hydrolysed in alkaline medium at room temperature, hydrolysis will accelerated high temperature. Light stability.

It is soil insecticide and nematicide of highly efficient and contact poison to prevent and wiping out underground pest and nematodes. It can also control polypody like prospirobolus, centipedes and as such effectively. To nematodes in wheat, in peanuts, in sweet potato,in potato and flowers, Ethoprophos have good effects on them too.
