Introduction
This product is special for heat transfer printing technology. The basis raw material is the modified resin and it can provide with excellent property for indoors or outdoors. With heat transfer printing technology, many designs can be transfer-printed on the powder- coated surface, such as wood and marble as well as a real picture.
The characteristics:
(a) Excellent weather resistance.
(b) Very vivid appearance provided.
(c) Pigments penetrate into the coat.

Powder Properties
Specific Gravity: 1.1-1.5(depending on color and gloss)
PSD: 100% less than 100 micron(can be adjusted by the application requirement)
Flowability: 120-140
Curing
10-20 minutes at 200C (Object temperature).
Average Coverage
10-14 square meters per kilograms with the thickness of 60 micron.( calculated at 100% use )

Packaging
20 kgs net in double Ply bag with carton box.
Storage
Store below 35C in dry, venting, clean indoor, keep away from fire, heating, and with coverage. The powder can be stored stably for 12 months. When exceeding 12 months, it must be tested before use.
Safety and Health
This sublimation powder paint is a non-toxic product. The inhalation should be avoided in handling. The operators are suggested to equipped with dust mask and glasses. If possible, avoid a prolonged contact with skin.
