0.6/1 kV PVC Insulation ABC Cable(Aerial Bundled Conductor,  Service Drop Cable)

1 Description

Phase conductor :AAC or AAAC or ACSR or Copper. 
Neutral messenger conductor:AAAC or ACSR without PVC insulation.

2 Operating Characteristics

Rated voltage: Up to and including 0.6/1(1.2)kV;

Max. permissible continuous operating temperature of conductor: 90^oC(XLPE insulated), 70 ^oC (PE insulated), 70 ^oC (PVC insulation);

The ambient temperature under installation should not be lower than: -20 ^oC.

The bending radius of cable is recommended as following:
When the diameter of cable is less than 25mm: not less than 4 times of the diameter of cable
When the diameter of cable is not less than 25mm: not less than 6 times of the diameter of cable
When the cable is used in alternative current system, the rated voltage of cable should be at least equal to the rated voltage of system; when the cable is used in direct current system, the rated voltage of system should not greater than 1.5 times of the rated voltage of the cable.

3 Application

It is extensively used in overhead electric power transmission and distribution lines, especially in rebuilding of urban and forest region electrified wire netting. This cable improves safety and reliance of electrified wire netting.
