Product Description 

Solid Emulsifier for Drilling Fluid SEA is emulsifier by adsorbed treatment. Main materials are cationic surfactants and nonionic surfactants. Auxiliary materials are wetting promoters and carrier. It can be used to dedicate to crude oil emulsion. Appearance is light yellow to gray powder, no abnormal odor, non-combustible and it has excellent effect on oil in water emulsion.

Application/Function

SEA can be used in special situations that are mixing oil operation of water-based drilling fluid and oil intrusion, etc.

      Recommended Treatment

Add SEA in concentration of 0.2% - 0.3% s to any system. Mix slowly through a jet mixer or sift slowly into the vortex of a high-speed stirrer.

25kg HDPE bags (topical triple bag and inner with polyethylene film bag) or according to customer’s requirement.

Avoid high-intensity extreme pressure and prolonged exposure to strong sunlight. Keep container closed. Keep away from heat, sparks and flames.
