uses high temperature MoSi2 rodes as heating element, adopts double shell structure and yu electric 50 program temperature control system. The inside chamber of the laboratory adopts 1600 polycrystal alumina fiber materials. It is vertical tube furnace with 6" diameter one end closed alumina tube and stainless steel flange / ball valve.
