Return policy
1. After you receive it and before you open the weft head, you can return it to us in 5 days to get 100% refund for your hair but not including shipping cost.
2. After you open the package and weft head but before you use it, if you find any quality issue on weft head or hair itself, you can return to us to get replacement. In such case, we pay for the shipping cost of new replacement but you need to pay for the shipping cost to send it back.
3. After you use it, the cause of the issue is hard to be defined due to human hair weft is natural product, we don't support on refund.
General Care:
The following provides general guidance for the are of human hair products
As each individual product may be different, pls consult your hair stylist for the specific instructions.
1. Blot out excess water with towel and allow hair or dry naturally. Do not expose to strong sun light!!
2. Comb curly hair gently with your fingers. Do not brush
3. Wash and condition hair regularly!
4. Detangle hair gently before washing. Do not rub or twist hair.
5. Add mild shampoo to cool water and swish hair till clean. Rinse thoroughly!
6. Brush straighter hair in a downward motion straight hair with the ends. Work your way up to the roots!
7. Certain items should not be brushed. EG braids, domes, ETC. Pls consult your hair stylist if in doubt!!
8. Hair may tangled if general care directions are not followed properly!
