Our 4 Day Basic Culinary Course Includes..
Day 1 - Thai Thai Green Manggo Salad, Tom Yum, Phad Thai, Chicken Pandan, Bagoong Rice
Day 2 - Chinese – Sweet and Sour Lapu-Lapu, Hong Kong Chicken with Brocolli, Chinese Mixed Vegetables, Seafood Oriental, Yang Chow Fried Rice
Day 3 - Filipino – Chicken Binakol, Nilagpang, Karagatan, Kare Kare Supreme, Bicol Express
Day 4 -Asian Appetizers –Sushi Rolls, Skewered Pork Satay, Tempura, Korean Spicy Squid with Sesame Seeds, Crispy Crablets
AND invaluable training from our internationally trained Chef Henry…. Basic Knife Skills, Proper Meat and Vegetable Cutting, Kitchen Safety, Kitchen Hygiene, Food Storage, Fire Safety, Table Setting, Food Costing, and Personal Hygiene.
COURSE INFORMATION
- 4 day culinary course for household staff / cooks
- Every Tuesday from 130 pm to approximately 430 pm
- Kitchen Management lectures are delivered 30 to 40 minutes in the beginning of each class covering the topics above and spread out for the duration of the course
- Maximum Capacity of 12 students per class
- At completion of every course, Alpha Household Training School will give our new graduates a certificate of completion stating that they have completed our “Basic Culinary Course” all students holding this certification are entitled to our advanced course
- If the student shall miss a class, he or she may catch the next Tuesday that offers the same class. Maximum of 2 classes missed, after that he or she shall forfeit his or her “make up” classes.
- Household Staff should be at least literate, if not, kindly notify me so I can have a conversation with you.
