Cemguard is a clear, penetrating water-based, impregnating sealer designed to waterproof, protect and preserve concrete, even in the most adverse environments. This impregnating sealer is also designed to increase abrasion resistance whilehardening and stabilizing a surface that might otherwise be “dusty” or soft.

Uses and Benefits:

• works by penetrating and reacting with mineral compounds and/or siliceous materials to create a cementing or gluing effect.
• creates a permanent, breathable, insoluble surface that can be used as a moisture protection agent prior to installation of topical applications or as a final coating
• may be used on colored or natural concrete, brick, plaster, porous limestone, Mexican tile and gypsum products
