COCONUT WATER CONCENTRATE

DESCRIPTION

Coconut Water Concentrate is 100% natural, functional food and has distinct coconut flavor and taste with slight brown to orange color, with light viscosity, has 4.5 to 5.2 Ph range and has 60 brix. Coconut Water Concentrate is No Preservative, Dietary Food, Sugar-Free, has Low Glycemic Index, Cholesterol Free, Vegan, Non-Dairy, Gluten Free, Non-MSG, Non-GMO and Allergen Free. We produced our coconut water concentrate from selection of freshly harvested coconut fruit, collect the coconut water and then delicately concentrated through low and controlled temperature evaporation process until become light viscous. There is no added sugar, no preservatives, no anti-fermentation agent, no artificial flavoring or coloring. Coconut Water Concentrate in bulk packaging of 26kgs. plastic container or 260 kgs. in steel drum has 2 years shelf life stored in reefer van under -18°C temperature. However, coconut water concentrate in retail packaging of glass jar and bottle has 1 year shelf life stored at room temperature only.

USAGES

Coconut Water Concentrate is use for coconut water production where it rehydrates with water in 1 is to 12 ratio. In Tetra pack packaging, 1% sugar will be added to make it more delicious, while in can, sodium metabisulfite and 8% coconut sugar is necessary. Process through UHT (Ultra High Temperature) is necessary for the sterilization. Coconut water concentrate can also be mixed with other fruit juices like pineapple juice, mango juice and among others.
