Coconut Butter is naturally produce through properly selection of matured fresh coconut meat that grated and dehydrated at low and controlled temperature Dehydrated coconut meat is then finely ground and pack with air tight container. COCONUT MILK AND CREAM. - Commercial coconut cream has 76% water with 24% coconut fat and coconut milks is 83% water with 17% coconut fat which is added or diluted with water during process. It must added with with Preservative to have longer shelf life and to maintains its white color and also added with Stabilizer to avoid separate the fat from water.

***LONGER SHELF LIFE -
Because of its low moisture level (2% max), it stores up to 18 months before opening and has few weeks shelf life after opening stored in refrigerator. However coconut milk upon opening will last only for few days in refrigerator.
