This is Tibetan Tsampa Box. Tsampa means Barley powder, Tibetan like eating Tsampa with butter tea for breakfast. Tsampa keeps you warm and not easy to be hungry.

 

This Tsampa Box was made from the wooden of rhododendron (Tibetan Highland plant). It has different sizes like small, Medium and large, also has different colour like gold sliver and wooden itself colour. Very high qualities. Usually Tibetan people they use to put Tsamp (Barley Flour) and sugar. Now-a-days it was very popular in all over the world as they used for decorations, and jewelry box. This is one of the Tibetan great artisan skills, cultural and traditions.
