Butterfly farming and ranching has been considered as one of the pillars of livelihood in the province of Marinduque. Butterfly Farming started some 40 years ago to boast Marinduque as the Cultured Butterfly Capital of the Philippines. The province has been known to be the country’s most active center for butterfly pupae trading.

Text & Images is supporting around 700 butterfly farmers. We pioneered in the processing and manufacturing of real cultured encapsulated butterflies.

Text & Images Trading was established in the island province of Marinduque in January of 2002. The company is the pioneer in the manufacturing of uniquely designed functional items accented with colorful butterflies embedded in food grade resin.
