PAC-WPD is a new-type inorganic macromolecule coagulant with high efficiency, manufactured by advanced process with raw materials of good quality. It is drum dried in solid form widely used for municipal drinking treatment.
PAC-WPD is high basicity (85-92%) polyaluminum Chloride. Its high basicity and the low dosage minimize the need of pH- adjustment and small coagulant dose reduces the amount of sludge. It is pretty effectively to treat the low-temperature raw water.
Properties
The water treatment cost is 20%-40% lower than that of other inorganic coagulants.
It can lead to quick formation of flock with big size and rapid precipitation.
It has wide-range adaptability to the waters at different temperatures and a good solubility.
The dissolved liquid of PAC-WPD is slightly corrosive and suitable for the automatic dosing and convenient for operation. Furthermore, it will not block pipes over long-time usage due to its low impurity.

Notes The mass fractions of NH3-N, As, Pb, Cd, Hg and Cr6+ are calculated based on that of Al2O3 as 10.0%.
Application & Notes
Before dosing the solid product shall be diluted to 5-10% Al2O3 liquid.
1.The dosage of the liquid product is 1-100ppm depending on the raw water quality. The specific dosage is based on the flocculation test and site trial.
2.The product can not be stored with other chemicals.
3.The solid product is packed in inner plastic bags and further in polypropylene woven bags, with each bag containing 25 Kg.
4.The shelf life is 6 months for diluted liquid product and 12 months for the solid product. The product should be stored in a dry and ventilated place, but the effect will not be affected even if it gets wet.
