1.wood pellet line/wood pellet plant can press 2-8mm diameter

 biomass fuel pellets ,such as biomass waste from sawdust, rice husk, coffee husk, agricultural stalk,

wheat straw or rice straw, husk, peanut shell, sun flower seed, palm shell, paper, plastic e.c.t., fertilizer 

materials such as from animal manure ,plant waste e.c.t . the last pellet length can be adjusted . 

Generally standard size is larger than 2-3times than diameter .

2.wood pellet line/wood pellet plant key pellet machine has one --

two layers ring die inside , when machine works ,roller assemble will move ,

 ring die keeps stable , by producing big pressure ,pressing good pellets . 

Also the two layers ring die :top layer and bottom layer, when machine works, roller assemble only touch

 with bottom ring die layer, when top ring die layer is broken, then take over the ring die and make top

 layer into bottom,in this way one ring die can use two times , also top layer and bottom layer hole can be 

different , so one ring die also can press two dimension pellets.but other supplier pellet machine only has 

one layer ring die and only can press one type pellets, this technology is our national patent.

3.wood pellet line/wood pellet plant key pellet machine contains 

automatic lubricated spare parts grease systems, which can lubricate spare parts grease automatically 

:such as the spare parts from rollers, shaft, bearings and gears automatically .also it has hydraulic pump,

 which can adjust pressure between rollers and ring die automatically to fit for different materials pressure

 ratio .now it is our national patent machine. 

4.wood pellet  line/wood pellet plant machines Spare parts are made  

by CNC systems, through high technology heat treatment , we can ensure its high quality and good
