artemia cysts is a kind of living feedstuff, it should be directly feeded to a shrimp pool or a fish tank after resting artemia be hatched, Htached nauplius can live a long time in water, little fish, shrimp and crab can prey on the feedstuff by themselves. keep out of direct sunlight. For short term storage, store in a cool dry place not more than 30 degree temperature. If the artemia cysts or brine shrimp eggs are not used immediately keep the container tightly sealed to prevent the contents from moisture. Once the container has been opened, use within a few days time.
For long term storage:
Keep frozen at(0-17c or below. For best results, store under refrigerated conditions between 0 and 5c for up to 24 months.
If you take the brine shrimp egg from storage, please keep 12 hours outside, then to hatch.

The typical hatching of artemia cyst
1 hatching container use the clean container with a conic bottom.
2 hatching water: use clear non-polution sea water or artificial sea water with a salinity of 15-35 ppt.
3 PH value: the ideal PH for hatching is 7-8-8-5, it can be adjusted by adding the acoustic solution.
4 aeration: make sure all the cysys are in good condition of suspension and circulation
5 cysts density: less than 2.5g/l(water)
temperature: the optimum hatching temperature is at 28-30c
