Flexible Rubber magnets are made by mixing Ferrite or Neodymium magnet powders with synthetic or plastic rubber (CPE,NBR etc)binders. Flexible (Rubber) magnets are made by rolling (calendaring) or extrusion methods.
Thickness range:0.4mm-5mm
Standard tolerance: Length/Width:±1.5mm.
Thickness:according with the cusomer’s requirement.
Higher tolerance is available upon request.
Magnetizing: Standard multi-pole pitch: 2mm,2.5mm,3mm,4mm,5mm.
Various coating on the magnetic sheets are available, such as PVC,UV oil,etc.
We offer two grades of flexible magnets : Isotropic and An-Isotropic.An-Isotropic is stronger and more costly.
