ZHENYE CO.,LTD was founded in Feb,2004 with registered capital of 52.8 million Yuan. It’s total asset has currently reached 133.09 million Yuan, 2.5 times increase from its original. ZHENYE has been engaged in the development and production of two cloth a film, PVC construction template, PVC crust waterproof board, PVC free foam board,  ECB, EVA, PE etc polymer waterproof board, coil and rubber water-stop, geo-textile, geo-membrane over the years. The sales revenue amounts to 100 million yuan in 2010.

The company covers an area of around 40,000 m², with construction area of 28,000 m².  It has approximately 220 employees, while technical department has a staff of 25.
