Injection Magnets Brief Introduction:

Injection magnet is different from the traditional magnetic craft , which is made by mixing the magnetic particle with plastic medium, then mixed and heated by the injection machine, finally, the mixture is ripped into the mould to get different shapes of production. The manufacturing process makes the plastic magnet have some unique advantages:

It is very simple to make the magnet into precise sizes with complex shape

It is difficult to crack during the subsequent assembly process.

It can be formed in one piece with inlaid element easily.

Therefore the injection magnet is usually used to carter for some peculiar requirement and the situation which other skills cannot be very competent.

At present, 3 main kinds of magnetic particle are used in the plastic magnet material: Ferrite, Neodymium Iron Boron and Samarium Cobalt. The plastic magnet medium includes Nylon 6, Nylon 12 and PPS. Clients can make their requirements according to performance cost and application of their parts.
