Bou Hei Yik Huik Herbal Soup
Traditional recipe for improving vitality and nourishing body
Ingredients: Lycium Barbarum L., Astragalus Membranaceus (fisch), Codonopsis Pilosula, Liliun Browni, Red Date, Longan, Chinese Angelica, Yong Sam Shou
Serving: Serves 3-4 persons
Cooking Methods: Place all the soup ingredients into pot. Add meat, water and bring to boil. Simmer for 1 1/2 hours. For vegetarians, meat is not required. Add salt or soya sauce as desired
Storage: Keep in cool, dry place. Refrigerate after opening packet
