Sap Quan Dai Bhou Herbal Soap
Traditional recipe for improving vitality and nourishing body
Ingredients: Chinese Angelica, Paeonia Lactflora Pall, Chuan Xiong, Rehmannia Glutinosa Libosch (Stir-Fried), Codonopsis Pilosula, Atractylodes Macrocephala Koidz, Poria Cocos (Schw.) Wolf, Licorice Root (Honey Stir-Fried), Black Date, Astragalus Membranaceus (Fisch)
Serving: Serves 3-4 persons
Cooking Methods: Place all the soup ingredients into pot. Add meat, water and bring to boil. Simmer for 1 1/2 hours. For vegetarians, meat is not required. Add salt or soya sauce as desired
Storage: Keep in cool, dry place. Refrigerate after opening packet
