COMPANY BACKGROUND
Wise Innovations (M) Sdn Bhd (WISB) was incorporated in 1997. The principal activity of the Company is the provision of offshore services to the oil and gas exploration and production industry. WISB has an authorized capital of RM25 million and a paid-up capital of RM 14.1 million.

WISB has the capability and competency to support and provide the offshore industry, offshore support vessel such as straight supply vessels, anchor-handling tug supply vessels, utility multi-purpose workboat and other marine transportation. WISBs contributions and activities continue to be centered in the South East Asian region and concentrated in particular in the Malaysian Oil and Gas Industry.

At WISB, we continuously seek to develop our resources and improve our capabilities to ensure that our services satisfy our clients needs in an ever changing environment.

The Company personnel at all levels, both onshore and offshore are fully committed to a safe working practice to avoid injuries, preserve human life and protect the Environment. WISB has embraced the International Maritime Organizations (IMO) requirement, the International Safety Management Code in the safety management system.

WISB is fully licensed by PETRONAS.
