Nanofiber Production System consist of

• high voltage power supply,
• syringe pump,
• collector drum,
• spinneret with scanning movement setting,
• chamber with temperature setting up to 50 deg.
• Computer software control

Computer software control parameter setting provides selection of suitable parameters for manufacturing of polymers, ceramic, polymer/ceramic, etc nanofibers with 50 nm to a few microns diameter range.

Computer software controll of electrospinning parameters including

• injection rate of polymer solution,
• work distance(X & Y axis),
• high voltage strength,
• rotating speed of collector drum,
• working temperature .

All parameters can be save for future work.

NEU 301 built in safety cut out protection for users with respect to the handling of a high voltage power supply and overload of system.
