KART'S SAMOSA
SAMOSA is an Indian traditional product that uses a very thin pastry skin to wrap the fillings into a triangle shape. This product is deep-fried for a crispy bite of the pastry skin into the delicious savory filling. The product is often eaten as a finger food and is suitable for parties or teatime.

Cooking Method ~ Samosa:-
a) Do not need to defrost.
b) Heat oil in a wok for deep-frying.
c) Deep-fry over moderate heat until golden brown on both sides
