Beyh Royaleis a time honoured beverage served as a welcome drink to guests at thecourt of the Johore Royalty ( of the commonwealth state of Johore inMalaysia ) during the reign of Sultan Sir Ibrahim Ibni Almarhum SultanSir Abu Bakar (1895 - 1959 ).

Its original recipe camefrom the late Datin Salamah, the wife of Johore's first Chief Minister.The brew was later refined by Puan Hajjah Rahmah (who is also knownaffectionately as Endau.

Beyh Royale is patiently brewedusing the various richly aromatic spices that could be found inabundance throughout the State of Johore, then a centre of spicecultivation in Malaysia.

Made with sweet scentedcinnamon, pungent cardamon, spicy cloves and star anise, citrusy kaffirlime and tropical pandan leaves, this once-lost treasure has beenrediscovered and is now made available for your drinking pleasure.
